Although they have their destiny in their own hands, Cardigan have made their task of winning the Division 1 title a little more difficult after a loss away at Lampeter. They still have three games to get the six points they need to clinch the title but the pressure will have increased on them a little after tonight's result.

Elsewhere, Bargod made themselves favourites to finish second in Division 2 with a thumping win over SDUC. Felinfach drew with NCE Thirds to drop further behind.

In the Percy Eldridge Cup, Aberaeron and Llanybydder progressed to the Final with comfortable wins over Maesglas and New Quay respectively.
